Workshops & Courses
We host a variety of Workshops and Courses plus regular urban retreats – from Yoga Workshops, Beginners Yoga/Pilates & Mindfulness Courses, Professional Training Courses and more. We are also home to our very own in-house Crussh Cafe.
We offer a monthly ‘Ultimate Health Package’, that includes unlimited access to our drop-in classes, annual health screening and many other benefits. At £85 per month it’s one of the most comprehensive and best value health and fitness packages you’ll find anywhere in London.
Our Company-based Light Programmes gather together groups of 10+ employees to work on a one-year ‘Feel Great @ Work’ campaign and help introduce company-based health initiative such as desk-Yoga, mindfulness and healthy eating. Members of these groups get our Ultimate Health Package for just £60 per month.
Unlike many health centres and gyms, we have no onerous membership fees, just an annual £20 payment for a class membership card to get £2 off drop-in class prices. Membership also gets you 15% off at our Crussh Cafes. You can also use the card to add ‘Light Centre Credit‘ to save even more on class prices (which are already typically £2 or £3 less than other Central London centres).
