Come and practice Qigong in beautiful surroundings, light airy rooms, and in small personal classes.
There are two options:
Seven weeks Beginner’s Course
Thursdays, 12.30pm – 1.15pm, cost £56
Next Course begins 1 May 2008
Drop – in Class
Tuesdays, 5.30pm-6.30pm, cost £9 per session
This is an ongoing class – no need to book
All levels are welcome.
If you have not done Qigong before, you might like to attend a session at the Tuesday Drop in class, before enrolling on the Course.
