The Light Centre’s In-House Yoga classes are the best place to start if you’re starting Yoga for the first time or want to improve your practice or simply get to know Yoga at the Light Centre. They take place in our upstairs studio.

The classes have a traditional Hatha background merged with a more flowing Vinyasa style and also integrate a deeper understanding of biomechanics to ensure they’re suitable for everyone.

If you haven’t done Yoga before (or only a few times) we have two beginners courses that are either 6 or 9 weeks long. After that we recommend our 12 week series, which are designed for improvers. For those with some experience we recommend our open class.

All our in-house classes have LC in front on the timetable.

Our Eclectic classes are a mixture of different styles. It is best to go to these classes if you have some experience and you are sure what style you want to follow. They take place in our downstairs studio

Just a word of warning, Stewart’s Jivamukti classes are classed as open classes but they’re definitely not for beginners!
