ABOUT NATASHA DE GRUNWALD:
Natasha’s unique approach to well-being and rehabilitation integrates Bowen Technique and Thai Yoga Massage with an innovative movement therapy (AiM). The combination creates a powerful and versatile system of healing to encourage balance and healthy flow through the soft tissue and structure of the body.
Natasha has a strong, gentle and nurturing style and has extensive knowledge and experience that allow her to work intuitively to create individual bespoke treatments. Her career as a practitioner has spanned over more than twenty years, and she was one of the pioneers of Thai Massage in the UK. She is the founder of the London Institute of Thai Yoga Massage and teaches inspirational Thai massage workshops from beginners to advanced levels. Her dedicated approach has led her to train with masters the world over, including Asokananda in the UK and New Zealand, and Ananda Apfelbaum in New York.
Natasha has studied movement and Bowen extensively with cutting edge training providers in the UK. More recently, she has studied the human form in great depth at St Andrews University, attending for the past two years a unique programme of dissection work. From this, she has developed an extensive understanding of the continuum of fascia throughout the body, and her practice centres much of her approach around the importance of mind, body and spirit connectivity.
