Since I graduated with honours from the British School of Osteopathy in 2003, I’ve treated people from all walks of life with all kinds of ailments
from sports injuries to arthritis, recovery from car accident to RSI.
I like to fully explain to my patients what the problem is and devise a tailored treatment plan that we can work together with to get you better and keep you there! This usually consists of:
Osteopathic treatment
Postural assessment and advice
Prescriptive exercises for rehabilitation and prevention
Acupuncture (if appropriate)
Over the last 5 years I have developed specialist knowledge in the treatment and management of back/neck pain and tension headaches associated with stress and poor workstation posture. This has led me to work with several companies and write articles for national magazines such as Mens Health, on the treatment and prevention of such problems.
