I came to physical therapies through years of practicing and performing figure skating, contemporary dance and performing arts. In 1998 I moved from Sweden to London and my passion for the connection of mind, body and spirit led to further studies and ultimately a professional career in therapeutic body work, healing arts and yoga. All of these elements come together in the mission of my company – Within Works.
I am very grateful to have the opportunity to support clients of any age and any shape on a journey towards authentic power and well-being. My clients range from celebrities and professional athletes to those who put their bodies through great pressure, to those who would prefer more spiritual transformational work. I treat each person as a whole and bring my experience, intuition and natural joy of life to each session. My goal is to create an experience that makes you feel re-energised and renewed.
