Traditional Thai Yoga Massage (2 hours, £120)
Traditional Thai Yoga Massage fuses guided physiotherapy and yoga, and wraps it all up in a comprehensive massage.  It is a dynamic mixture of acupressure, applied yoga and gentle stretching.  Relaxing, powerful, and deeply releasing, it seeks to realign the body's natural energy flow.  The practitioner uses her hands, elbows, and feet to focus on pressure points along the body's energy lines, freeing up blockages and centering the mind - working from the soles of the feet, all the way up to the top of the head. The massage is given fully-clothed, and its effects of Thai Yoga Massage can be felt for days after a session.  (psst, give this as a present to a new mum and she'll be on her feet, recovered from childbirth in no time!)

Thai Pregnancy Massage (1.5 hours, £90)
Prepare yourself for one of life's most profound journeys with Thai-styled Pregnancy massage.  This rejuvenating treatment sorts out the symptoms of pregnancy: water retention, oedema of the feet and hands, constipation, lower back pain, restless leg syndrome, sciatica pain, heart burn, shoulder and neck tension, tiredness and insomnia.  Expect to receive a calming, re-energising massage fully-clothed, amidst comfortable cushions. Treatments are given after first trimester (3 months) of pregnancy.

My view - Erica Lee
My training in Thai Yoga massage bodywork reflects my belief that life is too short for unnecessary suffering. I initially trained in Swedish massage, but found the style - while pampering -- lacked that extra punch to effectively relieve tension and bodily pain.

Thai Yoga massage isn't a pharmaceutical pill. It's fat-free, non-caloric, and you feel great for days afterwards. Over consistent treatments, Thai Yoga massage realigns the body, aiding energetic, physical, and emotional release.

As my teacher, Asokananda, said, "There is a world of difference between a massage performed in a meditative mood and a massage done as just a job."  I invite you to listen to your body, and try for yourself.
