Lindsay qualified as a physiotherapist from Wits University, South Africa, in 2000. Throughout her career, she has worked in private outpatient clinics treating neuromuscularskeletal conditions. She worked in Johannesburg for 4 years before relocating to London. Some of her work in Johannesburg included managing and treating post-surgical orthopaedic cases in a private hospital.
In 2003, Lindsay completed her postgraduate diploma in Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy. She is also a certified STOTT matwork Pilates instructor, and has been teaching classes, small groups and individual sessions for 4 years. Lindsay is a keen marathon runner, she completed her first ultra marathon this year! She also enjoys taking part in Olympic distance triathlons. Lindsay enjoys treating all sports and neuromuskukoskeletal conditions, with a key interest in biomechanics and core stability. She is always keen to update her knowledge and skills, and thus attends regular CPD courses.
The most recent of which was a course on Kinesio taping. A new and innovative approach to promote healing and reduction of pain, while still allowing for full range of motion and function.
