Royka is a skin-care salon with natural anti-ageing approach. I am a skin specialist with a degree in health science/ nutritional therapy.
I have combined my scientific training with many years of practical beauty therapy experience to create Royka –a friendly and personalised nutritional and beauty treatment service. We are all looking for the ultimate anti-ageing treatment that can really work, and Royka’s holistic approach provides long-term and effective outcome. My clients are typically those who are dissatisfied with conventional beauty treatment but their skin concerns are not serious enough to
visit skin clinics.
I graduated as a first Japanese student from the University of Westminster: Nutritional therapy and also qualified by Ray Cochrane Beauty School (London).
Environ skin care
The Environ skin care was founded and developed by a South African Surgeon Dr. Des Fernandes. He was pioneered in the use of intensive vitamin therapy for the skin and remains at the forefront of highly advanced research in topical vitamin application. It helps to strength your skin’s integrity rather than spoiling with luxurious skin care ingredients.
Environ uses active vitamin A, C, E and beta-carotene that will normalise a pre-matured or problematic skin thus promoting more collagen, elastin and fibroblast activity to help regain its youthfulness. What distinctive to other skin care range is that Environ skin care is Cosmeceutical, meaning all ingredients have a scientific basis for their inclusion.
Environ facials
Environ facials focus on improving skin health and working fully on the skin treatment, therefore there is no facial massage involved. Also it is not possible to use massage oil as it disturbs vitamin penetration. However lovely feet massage is carried out while you are having face mask.
Environ advanced vitamin penetration facial
Environ advanced vitamin penetration facial is an intensive salon treatment along with your home care to give a maximum benefit to your skin. It involves the use of Environ Ionzyme DF machine to enhance penetration of active ingredients. What makes this facial special is that Ionzyme DF machine, a patent pending machine designed by Dr. Des Fernandes, uses low frequency ultra-sound and pulsed electic current that allows greater penetration than topical application. Therefore it can target the root cause of skin problem in the cellular level.
Environ advanced vitamin penetration facial is suitable for all skin types but especially beneficial for pre-matured, sun-damaged skin including deep wrinkle, pigmentation and rough skin, and also for sensitive and problematic skin such as acne and eczema. It is the best facial from Environ.
Skin does not need to be prepared with Environ facial cream prior to the treatment.

Environ Lac-Pamgel mini peel facial
This gentle peeling facial is excellent for sun-damaged rough skin, superficial pigmentation (recent formation of pigment) and fine wrinkle. It is also suitable to prepare thickened rough skin for Environ advanced vitamin penetration facial.
Skin must be prepared with Environ facial cream for at least 3 weeks prior to the treatment.
Lac-Pamgel facial £58(1 hour)

Environ Lactogel facial
This gentle cooling facial is suitable for acne skin. It helps to reduce skin inflammation, kill bacteria and refine enlarged pores. It uses slightly stronger peel than Lac-Pamgel mini peel facial.
Skin must be prepared with Environ facial cream for at least 3 weeks prior to the treatment.

Nutritional therapy is a one-to-one consultation offering tailor made advice for diet and supplement regimes. It is like having a personal trainer for your dietary and lifestyle achievement. Changing your dietary habit can be very difficult, but it is essential for our state of health and beauty. Personalised plan is best fitted to your lifestyle and supports your challenge.
Additional to Western food focused nutritional therapy, I am able to offer a knowledge and practical tips of Japanese diet as I am native Japanese. Japanese food is known as healthy diet and if it is incorporated into your diet, there would be numerous benefits. Eating Japanese foods encourages you to do dairy-free, wheat-free and less animal fat diet naturally. A number of consultations needed depends on individual’s condition, however one-off consultation is also recommended to just tidy up your diet.
Clients are asked to fill in health questionnaire and send it back to the therapist before the session. This allows to use our time more effectively.
