The process starts with a detailed foot analysis in order to identify signs in the feet of imbalance, in conjunction with a discussion about the changes you would like to make.
We will then work with touch, breathing techniques and movement to allow you to recognise and stop the repetitive physical and behavioural patterns that limit you.
