Our Upstairs Studio (left) is a spacious room of approximately 1,000 square feet with lots of natural light, a soft carpet and a large adjoining terrace. It is an ideal space for holding workshops, lectures, courses, demonstrations, exhibitions and classes.

Chairs, backjacks, a projector, CD player, Yoga mats, bolsters, belts, and various other equipment are available on request. Use of the terrace, reception area, library, changing rooms, kitchen and toilets are all included in the cost of hire.

Our Downstairs Studio (right) is around 1,200 sq ft. It is open and light, with a wooden floor. Furniture and equipment are similarly available.

Booking rates for either studio typically cost £40 per hour or £260 for a day.

Full Studio Hiring Rates

Weekend rate (two or three days):        £30 x 8 hours, i.e. £240 per day
Daily rate (one day only):                    £32.50 x 8 hours, i.e. £260 per day
Half day rate (either side of 1pm):         £35 x 4 hours, i.e. £140 per half day
Hourly rate (if available):                     £40 per hour
 

The Light Centre has four spacious treatment rooms for rent to qualified practitioners. Room 1 has an adjustable couch and armchairs ideal for many therapies. Room 2 also has a treatment couch and chairs, plus a futon for massage and other similar practices. Room 3 has three armchairs, a table and shelves full of books. It is suited mostly to counsellors, coaches or any practitioners who wants to talk to a client in a beautiful, private environment. Room 4 has an adjustable bench, sink and a wooden floor.

Our elegant reception area is bathed in natural light from large skylights. It is adjoined by a tranquil waiting area where there are always free drinks available to make clients feel welcome and a library where clients can entertain themselves before or after their session.

Our friendly receptionists are available to make appointments, take money and reply to inquiries.

Treatment rooms cost £60 for a 6-hour morning or weekend session, (i.e. £10 per hour) and £70 for a 6-hour afternoon/evening session (sessions are from 8am to 2pm and 2pm to 8pm). Rooms need to be rented on a weekly basis with a 3 month notice period.

All practitioners are offered marketing support, their own page on our website, an email address and low-rate business cards.
