Hypnosis is very safe. You decide how deep you want to go and you stay in control throughout. You will only adopt suggestions which are acceptable to you.
Everyone’s experience of hypnosis is unique and so the number of sessions varies, but as a general guide you should plan for three sessions and a review, to allow for meaningful change.
