Performance
I work with performers dissolving the barriers of fear, stress, anxieties, limiting behaviours and beliefs, lack of confidence or self esteem. We also explore enhancing skills through accessing the zones of peak performance, increasing relaxation , focus and communication. My clients range from musicians at the opera houses, conservatoires, and concert halls, performers from the theatre world to rock music. I work with authors, artists and creatives to break through blocks, to identify and access the ideal creative state at will - no matter what is happening in the world around! Sports
I work with amateurs and professionals sports players of all ages in developing mental strategies for state management, concentration, effective practise routines, motivation in training and building confidence. I also work in the area of recovery from injury, working alongside conventional treatment to accelerate the healing process and also building confidence when returning to fitness.
Corporate Work
I run meditation and self-hypnosis sessions for individuals and groups within small and large companies. I also work with senior management and CEOs on improving presentation and sub-communication, performance under pressure, work/life balance and stress management techniques. I provide regular in-house therapy and coaching sessions for individuals in several corporations.
Education
I teach school children, college and university students how to accelerate learning and retrieve information calmly in exams, handling nerves and enhancing memory. I also help people with learning difficulties to unlock their individual code for absorbing, retaining and retrieving information
Healing
In the field of healing I integrate creative visualization, relaxation, pain relief and dissolving fear to accelerate healing. I also work in conjunction with conventional treatment to enhance recovery, with referrals from hospitals and particular surgeons who have seen the improved results this can bring to the patient. If appropriate for the client we work at a more spiritual level too.

Pro Bono
I participate in a programme to get homeless and unemployed individuals back to work, encouraging confidence to attend interview or launch business ventures.
