The Grinberg Method® can help the flow of your everyday life as practitioner and client – we work as a team.
Fulfil your potential by removing physical symptoms and recurring patterns which are a nuisance to you in your every day life. Together, we can aim to reduce aches, diminish nerves in the work environment or even challenge a reluctance to speak your mind.
We can work on a greater awareness of your body, learning how you inadvertently create certain ‘blocks’ in your body. You will learn how to stop recreating these automatic actions and in turn allowing you to choose where to invest your energy and take your body and future into your own hands.
In my training, I have learnt how to identify these symptoms and pattern tendencies. The first session consists of a Foot Analysis and a little dialogue. We will choose a distinct focus together and then explore a new found level of attention to your body using techniques such as foot and body touch, breathing, relaxation, intensification and more.
