i started practicing yoga on a winters day while writing my dissertation.
stressed out, in need of energy and inspiration i found myself in an ashtanga class, after which my mind felt completely refreshed, and i was thoroughly energized from head to toe. since then yoga has been, and continues to be, a source of inspiration for clarity, health and happiness.
6 years on, after studying various forms of yoga including ashtanga vinyasa, iyengar, kundalini and sivananda with leading uk practitioners, i have been inspired to teach the techniques and benefits of yoga.
i trained with sun power yoga, a modern and contemporary school of yoga and have since taught in kenya and london.
