In 2006, while seeking a natural method to relieve stresses of every day life and achieve a healthier lifestyle, I practiced Meditation, Yoga, Ki-gong and several complimentary therapies.
I began to realise that visualisation is key to taking action and achieving results.
That same year, I came across the “BEST 5” technique also call Brain Education System Training, developed by Ilchi Lee, a Martial Master, founder of IBREA(International Brain Education Association) and NGO to the United Nations. This technique harmonies the Physical Body with the Mind in a relaxing way!
I teach an integrative class focusing on:
