Nathalie began her Yoga Journey in 1997 with an Ashtanga yoga class.
Further on, she went to study in India at the Bihar School of Yoga, the Vivekananda Yoga Centre with whom she graduated and trained with the Sivananda Yoga Organisation (all Hatha Yoga based).
She then worked with the Sivananda Centers as a staff member and Yoga Teacher for 9 years. She worked and taught in International Teachers Training Courses for over 8 years. She then took on a quieter lifestyle and worked in New delhi, India as a Yoga Teacher.
She relocated to London in 2009.
She rediscovered Ashtanga yoga in 2008 and fell in love with the practice. Since then, she practices and trains regularly with John and Lucy Scott with whom she qualified as a Teacher and with Gingi Lee in London.
Nathalie is currently studying to become a cranio-sacral therapist and undertook a Yoga and Myofascial trains training with Alexander Waldenmaier and Joanne Avison.
She teaches Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative/ Hatha and Kids & Family Yoga. Her teaching and practice rest upon dedication, adjustments skills, simplicity and joy.
