Osteopathy involves the use of manipulation, soft tissue techniques and other associated skills to create realignment of the body and thus balance, symmetry and free movement. Cranial Osteopathy uses gentle encouragement of the cranial alignment to effect total body function.

Physical ailments such as back pain, neck ache, sports injuries, arthritis etc usually arise when the body is malaligned or under unremitting physical stresses. When the body is returned to its balanced state then the majority of these physical ailments will be able to heal and eventually disappear.
