The Pilates classes at the Light Centre will work on your posture and core strength giving your body better balance and efficiency.
The principles of Pilates are:
- Concentration/Focus
- Centering / Strength
- Stabilising, posture, neutral spine
- Breathing
- Alignment (placement)
- Flow
- Integration
We have 20 mat classes per week and also have an equipment studio which includes a Reformer, Cadillac, wunda chair and a Gyrotonic machine.
