Our unique relaxation classes are a “moving” meditation, combining techniques from ancient healing traditions with modern scientific understanding of the brain.
These relaxation classes has been showed to increase levels of alpha waves in the human brain and serotonin, both of which are associated with relaxation and positive emotions!

No experience is necessary. Light loose clothing and socks are needed.
