"I initially began yoga as a form of exercise and to de-stress. I worked in the corporate world and needed something to slow me down and focus my mind. Through practice, I then began to realise that yoga was far deeper than I had ever imagined. Sure, it involves the body but one’s state of mind and attitude to it is of greater importance. It has had a profound impact on my life and I would like to share these positive experiences with others.”
