The Light Centre has 34 Yoga classes per week including many different styles.
Our in-house Yoga classes are the best place to start if you’re trying Yoga for the first time or just want to improve your practice. They take place in our upstairs studio.
These classes have a traditional Hatha core merged with a more flowing Vinyasa style.
We have beginners courses that start regularly, When you have completed this course we recommend you either repeat the course again or move to an improver’s class with the same teacher.
For those who already have some experience of Yoga and already know what style they want to follow, we have a large selection of eclectic classes in our downstairs studio.
We also run Mysore Self Practice from 6am to 9am, Monday to Friday. You can arrive and leave when you want and the teacher helps you to put together your own routine (myesore-style, guided self-practice).
