Then join our Ashtanga Mysore Self-Practice Club! - You can try five consecutive Mysore classes for just £15 (see right).
The Club runs Monday to Friday from 6am to 9am. You can drop in at any time, practice for as long as you want, have a shower, then go to work feeling refreshed and ready for the day.
If you want to complement your morning self practice with an occasional led Ashtanga class then these run concurrently from 7.30 to 8.30am on Tuesdays and Thursdays in our upstairs studio.
The club is suitable for all levels, even beginners
