Light Centre Pregnancy Yoga & Pilates

The Light Centre’s Pregnancy Yoga class is on Monday’s at 5.30pm and the Pregnancy Pilates is on Thursdays at 5.30pm. Both classes are suitable for women who have been pregnant for more than 12 weeks.

The teachers have put together a series of postures and exercises that are specifically suited to pregnancy, ones that help ease the typical strains of the excess weight and help prepare the body for labour.
