We are offering four drop in Mindfulness Sessions this season at Light Centre Belgravia.
Sessions will run from 7.15 – 9pm on Tuesday evenings from Tuesday 28th November until Tuesday 19th December:
Session 1: Introduction to Mindfulness and Mindful Self-Compassion
~ A look at the impact of the wandering mind on physical and emotional health.
Session 2: Mindful Relationships
~ An opportunity to cultivate mindful presence to improve relationships.
Session 3: Continuing with Mindfulness and Mindful Self-Compassion
~ An opportunity for experienced practitioners to deepen their practice.
Session 4: A Mindful Christmas
~ A secular session which taps into the original spirit of Christmas.
