Chardét is a Brazilian-American personal trainer and group fitness instructor with ten years of experience in the wellness industry. She has trained clients and led classes around the world from Rio de Janeiro to New York and most recently London. Her focus is on low-impact yet dynamic and intense classes that effectively change the body without the injuries commonly found in high impact workouts.
She takes a holistic approach to every class she teaches with a dedication to developing each client’s endurance, strength, balance and coordination. Her classes are always challenging but also fun, sometimes silly and always welcoming.
Every class is slightly different and unique with classical movements from Pilates as well as inspiration from different disciplines such as capoeira, barre and personal training strength techniques. Her goal is for you to finish each class feeling that you’ve worked every muscle and very accomplished.
Chardét currently leads personal training sessions as well as barre, pilates and calisthenics for both private clients and groups.
