If you’re a beginner, or want to revisit the basic principles before taking open classes, then its a good idea to start by joining one of our 6-week Beginners courses. The courses run on Wednesdays at 5.45pm and Thursdays at 6pm. Booking is essential, the cost is £10 or £11 per class and numbers are limited. Call the Centre on 0207 881 0728 to reserve a place.

Thereafter classes cost £7 to £13 depending on duration. And....there’s no membership fee! 
Private equipment classes for individuals or groups of 2/3 can be booked Monday to Saturday 7am-9pm at £50/60 per hour.
