The Pregnancy Pilates teachers have put together a class that is specifically suited to pregnancy. The class will help ease the typical aches and pains of pregnancy and will strengthen you in your preparation for childbirth.
The Pregnancy Pilates classes are now run by Poi Yung.
Note: If you are new to Pilates, please seek consent from your general practitioner, midwife or healthcare practitioner and clear 12 weeks (if no medical issues), 14 weeks (if you have suffered ailments during pregnancy) before attending a class.
