Break the mental chains that keep you locked in thoughts about the past, or worrying about the future through learning the lifelong tool of mindfulness.
Alex will teach you the foundations of mindfulness over the course of 6 to 8 sessions (depending on the individual). You will learn to live in the present and to discover a new way to relate to every day thoughts through teachings, exercises, meditations and home practice.
