The Light Centre hosts more than 30 Yoga classes a week, ranging from beginner courses to advanced classes. We incorporate a number of classic styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Rocket and Yin Yoga, as well as Mysore style self-practice every weekday morning from 6.30am to 9am.
As many of our classes can get very busy we always recommend pre-booking to reserve your spot. Please use the schedule below to book in.

Please note: Classes can be booked online up to 8 days in advance and up to 10 minutes before the start of a class. Online bookings must be cancelled online up to 2 hours before the start of a class or this will be treated as a ‘no show’ or a ‘late cancel’. You can use our Mindbody APP for quick and easy bookings and cancellations or by logging in to the Mindbody website.
