Biography Kore started practicing yoga on a winters day while writing her dissertation - stressed out, in need of energy and inspiration she found herself in an Ashtanga class, after which her mind felt completely refreshed, and she was thoroughly energized from head to toe. Since then Yoga has been, and continues to be, a source of inspiration for clarity, health and happiness. 6 years on, after studying various forms of Yoga including Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar, Kundalini and Sivananda with leading UK practitioners, she became inspired to teach the techniques and benefits of Yoga. Kore trained with Sun Power Yoga, a modern and contemporary school of Yoga and has since taught in Kenya and London. Kore’s Classes It's a pleasure for Kore to offer classes that aim uplift and energize including Pranayama (breathing practices), Asana (postures) Vinyasa (flowing sequences), as well as relaxation techniques, all infused under basic yogic philosophy.
