Biography Having first practiced yoga with her mother as a child, and continued her practice throughout young adulthood, Natalie has undertaken serious study of yoga over the last seven years, teaching full-time for the last three. Natalie’s Classes My teaching style is eclectic, inspired by a number of methods including Anusara Yoga; a heart orientated practice with an emphasis on the principles and intricacies of alignment, the gentle relaxation of Sivananda, and the dynamic Ashtanga Vinyasa. I utilize an interdisciplinary approach, which enables me to work effectively with students of varying needs and backgrounds. Natalie is an enthusiastic, approachable teacher. Her fun and varied classes cater for beginners to advanced students – Her style of Yoga builds fitness, aids weight loss, increases flexibility, stamina and confidence. It also unites the body and mind, and promotes a sense of calmness; the perfect antidote to today’s modern lifestyles. Classes vary from very dynamic, with postures flowing into each other, to more static, focusing on alignment. There is always a guided relaxation at the end of class and the opportunity to ask questions. Wednesday 1.15pm – 2pm (drop In)
