Natalie is an enthusiastic, approachable teacher.  Her fun and varied classes cater for beginners to advanced students – Her style of Yoga builds fitness, aids weight loss, increases flexibility, stamina and confidence. It also unites the body and mind, and promotes a sense of calmness; the perfect antidote to today’s modern lifestyles. Classes vary from very dynamic, with postures flowing into each other, to more static, focusing on alignment. There is always a guided relaxation at the end of class and the opportunity to ask questions.

Having first practised yoga with her mother as a child, and continued her practice throughout young adulthood, Natalie has undertaken serious study of yoga over the last seven years, teaching full-time for the last three.

During this time, she has practised many different styles including Iyengar, Sivananda, Bikram, Anusara, Shadow, and Ashtanga. These have all had a powerful effect on her development, uniquely contributing to her knowledge and experience.

After eight hectic years in the advertising industry, Natalie decided that teaching yoga was her calling in life.  She undertook a ten-month apprenticeship training in Shadow / hatha yoga at the West London Yogashala. She then trained intensively at It’s Yoga, California and was certified to teach Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. In addition she also recently undertook an Acro-Yoga immersion course. She has extensive training in anatomy and physiology.
She has also been certified to teach yoga to kids aged 3 – 7 by YogaBugs

Natalie regularly practices with Edward Clark (Tripsichore), Jonathon Monks and Denise Christian / Hamish Hendry (Mysore-style)

Regular workshops with Guruji (Pathabhi Jois), Edward Clark (Tripsicore), David Swenson, AcroYoga, YogaMonks and Mark Ansari
