Anastasiya teaches Power Yoga, an energetic flow adapted to address modern needs. Postures are modified to serve our bodies in the best possible way given constraints of sedentary and stressful lifestyles. For many people physical practice of asana is the first introduction to the limbs yoga. This powerful style serves as a great foundation to incorporate yoga into your life as a workout and continue the journey of spirituality. Anastasiya is originally from Uzbekistan and teaches in the UK and Portugal.
