Catherine began her career as a Personal Assistant working in the UK and abroad for high profile individuals. In 2000 Catherine diversified her career and trained as an integrative psychotherapist in London where she now runs a private practice seeing clients for one-to-one psychotherapy. With an interest in the mind-body link and specifically how emotions such as anxiety and depression manifest in the physical body, Catherine began training as a Kundalini yoga teacher in London, France, Russia and Rishikesh, India. Catherine is committed to sharing the teachings of Kundalini yoga as a physical and spiritual practice and as a means to tap into the body’s own healing resources. “By working with all systems of the physical body, by listening to the messages of the body and by encouraging a connection to the mind – this is our biggest gateway into changing the way we feel”.
