Chloe discovered yoga in a gym 8 years ago, looking for a way to calm her mind and structure her days whilst writing her thesis in French literature. The effects of the class were immediate and she felt a deep sense of peace and connection.
Chloe then spent years touring across Europe with her band. Despite the heavy travelling, late nights and rock and roll lifestyle, she found the time between gigs to establish a daily practice, which kept her centered and sane. When in London, she practiced with Stewart Gilchrist for several years, then discovered the magic of the Mysore room and practiced Ashtanga under the guidance of Brett Porzio and Netta Imber.
Chloe trained with Jamie and Dulce from the Yoga People (200hr RYT in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Rocket Yoga) and also studied Thai Yoga Massage with Natasha de Grunwald (London Institute of Thai Yoga Massage). She believes both practices complement each other and both have liberating effects on body, mind and soul. She loves watching the impact of a treatment or a class on people, and feels blessed that she can transmit it to others.
Chloe’s classes are strong and dynamic. Be prepared to sweat and work hard, knowing that you will leave the class feeling great and revitalised. There is a strong focus on the breath and rhythm of the practice, which will allow you to connect to your body and turn the practice into a moving meditation.
