Erin’s classes are a welcoming and inclusive space where your yoga practice can become a moving meditation rather than just another form of exercise. Drawing upon ethical and social justice teachings in yogic philosophy, mindfulness, psychology and the arts, each class is offered as an opportunity to contemplate a more generous and present sense of being.
Ideal for all levels, you will flow through simple and effective postures and breathwork linked intelligently to create space in the mind and body, with time at the end to enjoy a deeper savasana meditation.
With 8 years practicing experience in Jivamukti yoga, and a deep respect for the traditional teachings of Iyengar & Ashtanga, Erin’s classes are continually inspired by her practice with other teachers; including Maxine Barratt, Harriet Bone, Emi Tull, Richard Rosen and her first Aussie mentor, Mick Barnes. She hopes you will find a balanced practice and a real sense of community.
