Pregnancy Yoga, Monday’s 5.30 – 6.30pm
Fleur has been teaching yoga for 6 years now and pregnancy yoga for over 2 years.
She trained with pregnancy yoga specialists Nadia Narain. Fleur is a very sensitive and intuitive teaching with and extensive knowledge in pregnancy and birthing.
Her classes are fluid and fun. Each class is dance like and it’s these fluid, soft and flowing sequences that help to relieve tension and tightness in the body. Though out you will be reminded to of the benefits of breathing deeply and given modifications if needed to postures making this class suitable for all.
Fleur always promotes mindfulness and the benefits of staying present.
