Experiencing yoga’s powerful self healing properties for herself, Hannah shares yoga from an authentic place of love and compassion. Her enjoyment of expression through the physical body enables her to create sequences that allow the body to flow in an intuitive way, giving rise to classes that are both uplifting and grounding.
Hannah teaches yoga in a way that gently encourages people to challenge themselves, whilst strengthening and balancing the nervous system. This enables development of physical and psychological resilience, thus allowing space for stillness and acceptance.
Hannah has completed intensive teacher trainings in Himalayan Hatha, Prana Kriya, Power Yoga, and Meditation & Mindfulness. With additional trainings including yoga for professional athletes, and trauma informed yoga in prisons, Hannah has a diverse range of knowledge and experience. She is a qualified Yoga Therapist with a certified 550 hour training from The Minded Institute, working with clients experiencing physical and mental health issues.
