She is a certified ashtanga vinyasa teacher and Thai massage practitioner and is also an AcroYoga teacher.

For the past 6 years she has been focusing her training in partner acrobatics.
For the past 18 months she has been working on yoga assisted with weights.

Her long-term aim is discover creative ways and new opportunities for yoga to cross over and enrich everyday life for anyone and everyone.
