Lea Schlanz

Lea discovered yoga whilst living in Canada, where she completed her 250-hour teacher training in 2013. Lea is a playful teacher, who encourages you to get out of your comfort zone, and will always put a smile on your face.

With a degree in psychology and a Masters in Mindfulness: Neuroscience and Clinical Psychology, Lea’s dream is to incorporate the practice and philosophy of yoga within western medicine. As of this year, Lea is super excited to be studying at the Minded Institute to become a fully qualified yoga therapist.
