Natalie Taylor has been practicing yoga since 1998 when she attended an Ashtanga Yoga class at her local gym. Since that first yoga class, Natalie has studied and practiced Ashtanga, Dynamic and Jivamulti Yoga on a regular basis across the globe and with many inspirational teachers.Natalie trained with Michael Gannon, a leading Ashtanga Yoga teacher in Mexico, Manju Jois and most recently with renowned London teachers Stewart Gilchrist and Amanda Denton. She holds two 200hr Yoga Alliance Certificates and has been teaching friends, family and as cover for other teachers since 2006.
She teaches with great passion, incorporating the magic of the 8 limbs of Ashtanga Yoga, a steady breath count and sequences that leave you feeling relaxed and energized.
She is currently pregnant with her second child and during her two pregnancies she found that many pregnant women with established practices were attending vinyasa classes and modifying them on their own. As a result she is now teaching a modified vinyasa yoga class for pregnant women who want to continue their vinyasa practice but with pregnancy modifications.
Originally from Argentina, Natalie has lived in 10 countries and loves living in the world’s global capital of London.
