Tanya Love

Tanya LoveTanya teaches an explorative, anatomically intelligent form of yoga, dedicated to listening to your body. She trained at Triyoga and has studied anatomy in depth. Her practice is inspired by Vanda Scaravelli and influenced by her training in Hakomi, a mindfulness based form of body psychotherapy, and she considers yoga and movement practices to be profoundly therapeutic. Her teaching is sensitive and her classes are light hearted and inclusive.
