We are also home to our very own in-house Crussh Fit Food & Juice Bar. Crussh are all about improving the wellbeing of their teams & customers, and their extensive range of Fit Food and refreshing juices & smoothies will help you restore, repair and recover after a class!

Corporate Packages

Our Company-based Light Programmes gather together groups of 10+ employees to work on a one-year ‘Feel Great @ Work’ campaign and help introduce company-based health initiative such as desk-Yoga, mindfulness and healthy eating.
